Margaret Kocherga Received Honorable Mention in the 2018 NSF

Margaret Kocherga received an Honorable Mention in the 2018 National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP). The program recruits high-potential, early-career scientists and engineers and supports their graduate research training in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. Margaret is a Ph.D. student in Nanoscale Science at UNC Charlotte. Her research is in organic/inorganic hybrid materials for optical and electronic devices. She has expertise in chemical and materials synthesis, device fabrication, and material/device testing.
